Your books stay on your phone.

None. The app has no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking or crash-reporting tools. It never sends your business records to us or to anyone else, and we can't see who uses the app or how.

Everything you enter is stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device storage. This includes:

• your business profile: name, address, tax number, contact, bank and payment details, logo and signature;
• invoices, customers and items, expenses (including bill photos you attach), payment receipts and recurring-invoice schedules.

This information is not visible to us, is not synced to any cloud by the app, and is removed when you delete the app.

Only when you choose to send it. For example:

• Sharing an invoice, reminder, report or Excel export through WhatsApp, Mail or another app. What happens next is governed by that app and the person you send it to.
• Backups. A backup file contains all your records. Wherever you save it (Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, email), that service's own privacy terms apply. Keep it somewhere safe.
• Send Feedback. If you contact us from the app, the message you send includes the app version, iOS version and phone model, plus anything you choose to write. We use it only to answer you.

• Camera and photo library are used only when you attach a bill photo, logo or signature. Reading text from a bill happens on your phone; the photo is not uploaded.
• Notifications for recurring invoices are scheduled on your phone by iOS.
• The widget reads a short summary (what you're owed and your unpaid invoices) from storage on your phone shared only with BizEasy's own widget.

You can turn any of these permissions off at any time in the iPhone Settings app → BizEasy.

BizEasy Pro is bought through Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether Pro is unlocked; we never receive your payment details or Apple ID.

Because your data is only on your phone, you are in control of it:

• See or correct it in the app at any time.
• Export it with Backup & Restore or Export for Accountant.
• Delete it by deleting invoices, expenses or receipts (they’re removed for good after 30 days in the Trash, or straight away with Empty Trash) or by deleting the app. Delete any backup files you saved elsewhere, too.

We hold no personal data about you apart from messages you send us. To have those deleted, or for any privacy question, email abhinav@fylfot.in.

BizEasy is a business tool and is not aimed at children. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
