What the app does
- Invoices. Multi-item invoices in your own currency, with tax if you charge it: GST (CGST + SGST or IGST) in India; VAT, GST or sales tax elsewhere. Four printable layouts, a pay-now QR code, due dates, and recurring invoices for retainers.
- Getting paid. Record payments, split one across several invoices, carry any overpayment forward as credit, see what's overdue and send a polite reminder by WhatsApp or email. In India, record TDS your customer deducted.
- Expenses. Record spending by category, or snap a bill and highlight the vendor, amount and item. The text is read on your phone.
- Reports. Profit & Loss, sales by category or customer, a statement of account per customer, a TDS report (India), and an Excel-ready export for your accountant.
- Dashboard & widget. What's outstanding, what's overdue and which recurring invoices are due, in the app and on your Home Screen or Lock Screen.
- Tax calculator. Add or remove tax in one tap. In India, also a searchable list of HSN/SAC codes.
- Backup & Trash. Save everything to one file and restore it on another phone. Anything you delete waits 30 days in the Trash.
BizEasy Pro
A one-time purchase, not a subscription. The free version includes 5 invoices, 5 expenses, 5 payment receipts, 3 payment reminders and 1 recurring invoice. Pro removes those limits, unlocks all four PDF layouts with your own logo, tagline and signature, adds Excel export and PDF reports, and removes the "Created with BizEasy" line from your invoices.
Reinstalled or changed phone? Open the Pro screen (Profile & Settings → Go Pro) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with; there's no need to pay again.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Keep your data safe
BizEasy has no account and no cloud sync: your records live only on your phone. That keeps them private, but it also means deleting the app, or losing the phone, deletes them unless you have a backup.
- Back up regularly. Profile & Settings → Your Data → Backup & Restore → Back Up Now, then save the file to Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive, or email it to yourself. The Dashboard reminds you if it's been a while.
- Moving to a new phone. Back up on the old phone, install BizEasy on the new one, then open the backup file (or use Restore from Backup…). Restoring replaces everything on the new phone with the backup; you'll see what it contains before anything changes.
- Deleted something by mistake? Look in the Trash (Menu → Trash, or the bin icon on each list). Items stay there for 30 days.
Quick answers
How do I set my country and currency?+
Profile & Settings → Country. Amounts, tax names (GST, VAT, sales tax) and invoice wording follow it. Changing country does not convert existing amounts: ₹1,000 will read as £1,000, so set it before you start.
I don't charge tax. Can I still use it?+
Yes. Leave "GST Registered" (or "I Charge Tax") switched off in Profile & Settings and invoices are made without tax.
I'm not getting recurring-invoice reminders.+
Turn notifications on in the iPhone Settings app → BizEasy → Notifications. The reminder only tells you an invoice is due; nothing is created until you tap Create.
The widget shows old figures.+
Open BizEasy once. The widget updates when you leave the app, and moves "overdue" on by itself each day.
How do I delete all my data?+
Delete the BizEasy app from your phone. Everything it stored is removed with it. Backup files you saved elsewhere stay where you put them; delete those too if you want them gone.
Is the tax information official?+
No. Rates, the HSN/SAC list and invoice wording are a helpful reference, not an official government source. For anything you file, check with the official portal or your accountant. BizEasy is a billing and bookkeeping tool, not tax advice.
